Commonwealth Institute Launches Groundbreaking Impact Study on Florida Women’s Leadership Development – Florida Trend

MIAMI, Florida – The Commonwealth Institute (TCI) officially launched its Women’s Florida Leadership Development 2021 Impact Study. This is the first year that TCI has distributed the confidential Florida online survey to better understand employer actions and the organizational resources that are in place to retain and advance female employees in Florida.

Florida Blue is the official 2021 “presenter” alongside Kaufman Rossin and PNC Bank. TCI has established a partnership with Research landscape, a nationally recognized research company, for conducting the confidential study and analysis.

“Our overall goal is to highlight the state of women’s leadership, providing businesses with information and programs that will educate employers on how to effectively allocate resources and programs to retain and advance women.” , said Jacqui Kiviat, general manager of TCI-Florida. “Respondents can opt for their individual benchmark dashboard, providing the ability to systematically measure progress in women’s leadership and advancement, and access comparative data by industry segment and size. ‘business,’ Kiviat added.
